• Prepare conceptual plan & preliminary plat, including stormwater & drainage design.
  • Prepare construction plans for the street, grading, paving, drainage, sewer and water facilities.
  • Prepare construction permit applications for necessary local, state and federal agencies and meet with agencies as necessary during review/approval process.
  • Provide engineering & field representative during construction.
  • Provide Engineer's Certification of construction completion.

  • Prepare construction plans for Commercial/Industrial Parks, Office Buildings, Conveinence Stores/Gas Stations, Houses of Worship, Medical Offices, etc. Construction plans include details for drives & parking areas, building areas, grading, paving, drainage, sewer and water facilities.
  • Prepare construction permit applications for necessary local, state and federal agencies and meet with agencies as necessary during review/approval process.
  • Provide engineering & field representative during construction.
  • Provide Engineer's Certification of construction completion.

  • Provide water distribution systems & wastewater collection system construction plans for municipalities, residential developments and commercial developments.
  • Prepare construction permit applications for necessary local, state and federal agencies and meet with agencies as necessary during review/approval process.
  • Provide engineering & field representative during construction.
  • Provide Engineer's Certification of construction completion.

  • Provide preliminary estimate of construction costs based on conceptual plan and/or provide final estimate of construction costs, based on construction plans for use during the bidding process.

  • Review and approve shop drawings.
  • Review and approve contractor's request for payment.
  • Process contractor's request for information (RFI).
  • Provide intermittent observation of construction progress.

  • Prepare plans for pools, spas & related equipment for commercial developments.
  • Prepare permit applications for necessary local & state agencies.
  • Provide engineering & field representation during construction.
  • Provide Engineer's Certificate of construction completion.

  • Prepare plans for onsite sewage treatment & disposal for residential or commercial sites.
  • Prepare permit applications for necessary local & state agencies.
  • Provide engineering & field representation during construction.

  • Identify location of water and sanitary sewer connection points.
  • Identify location of stormwater discharge point.
  • Identify location of vehicular access points.

  • Prepare permit applications for necessary local & state agencies.
